REFUND POLICY

At Kenessential Beauty, the safety, health, and satisfaction of our customers are our top priorities. To maintain the highest standards of product quality and hygiene, we've implemented a policy that limits the return of body and hair products.

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

1. Eligibility for Refunds: Kenessential Do Not Refund Shipping Charges, they are paid directly to the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if necessary.

Cancellation Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed and shipped, we will issue a refund.

If a shipping ticket has been created/paid by Kenessential we cannot issue a refund for shipping paid.

2. Refund Process To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support team at info@kenessential.com to initiate the refund process.

Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

After receiving your refund request and approving it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
